Saw your post earlier, however was busy. Also noticed that (a) broker was working stock hence thought I would let it ride until after market.
There were a heap of individual orders that appeared today at .017cps. Later they took out the .018cps. Soon after a bot worked the stock. This was a single broker as all orders were altered at same time.
It was interesting watching. I then saw the large x trade took out the .019cps. lol this trade was sitting at .017 for a time....lol..same broker..
There were others late in the day as well..
What does it mean? Simple (a) broker is trying to make a market. Why? For someone to get out, reduce holdings.....or...create interest so as to get the rights issue over and done with?
Things I perused:-
offer not underwritten....ouch..how much will come in?
Shares not taken up at .012cps within 3 months following closing date can be offered to others who need not to be shareholders of the company..lol..guess what they may do at .012cps?

One would think that this is an issue as it has been mentioned in news about a large claim in the area. One would also think that no mining would be allowed until this claim is out of the way. These things take time.

I recall within the rights offer a comment that unless shareholders take up the rights there will be a dilution effect to thier holdings.
Well anyone buying a holding at .018cps today and taking up the 1-5 will end up at an average price of around .017cps. What about the holders that bought much higher up..

I think it stated that funds obtained from rights issue would be used to advance exploration projects (I read drilling) and to meet corporate expenses..ehehe wages and director fees?
