    I wish I knewthe answer.

I do notknow much more than any of you guys here or even less.

    That is howI see personally;

    For:

They areoperating in a very hot sector.

They have goodservices/softwares to offer it looks like.

Thetailwinds for the sector have never been so good worldwide.

They haveno debts and have solid financial backers apparently (although I do not understandwhat is going on since the last CR).

The managementalso invested in the company.

    Questions/concerns:

They have obviouslyproblems with growth, image and marketing as much as I can judge. Social media platformsare right choices for image and communication of a Start-up but SIS is an ASX listedcompany for 4 almost years.

Growth hasbeen stagnant for a while. Again, you can blame many things for that (Covid, regulations or name it) but the truth is that other businesses are emerging inthe sector globally and some of them achieved more during the pandemic than SIS(already mentioned one here previously which is worth to follow). But definitelythey are valued multiple times than SIS.

On one side,I appreciate the cost cutting and cost awareness, but this is a growth sectorand these days no one worries about debt at least until the interest ratesstart to climb. Then SIS will have a huge advantage not having any debt.

However, I wouldhave rather appreciated one big CR and start to build up a big team with theright scientists and experts. Now, we have CR every six months to pay the billsand keep the business running.

I am also concernedthat all experts are in Asia atm. Do not get me wrong, they are probablyexcellent IT guys but as an image for an ASX listed companies who are trying tosell its products in rich countries for large companies might not look good.Keep the team in Asia but start to build up a team here additionally. And whatabout the scientists? Based on LinkedIn, there is none. Compare that to any otherstart-up crew in the sector. The reason behind is simply the lack of cash Ithink (I know my friend salaries in the IT sector in Europe). That is why asubstantial CR would be better to start developing things fast (1.5M will notlast long).

They wereone of the first in the sector with good softwares (that is why I am here for awhile) but now the competition might leave them behind within months/years unlessthey start to move thing fast finally.

So, as Isaid before, they can fail or succeed but if they succeed it will be up to minimum10x as L39 confirmed it a few days ago. I think it is still a very risky investmentand obviously Mr. Market thinks the same as the SP almost all time low. Interestinglyour cornerstone investors are also not willing to pay more than 2.5c. There isa 2M pack at 2.8c since the CR and it has not got a dent. Strange. L39 wantedto have a huge stack in SIS and now they have no money for additional 2M shares.Poor Fadi is trying to keep the hope alive with $3500? I think it was rather anact of desperation from him? He believes in the company for obvious reasons (SISmust be like a child for him) and trying to send a message to Mr. Market. Withnot much success so far. Sellers are dominating.

Only investas much money here you can afford to loose atm I think. This would be a safeapproach. Still much better odds than in TAB.

The goodthing is that we will know it within 2 years or even before since this sector ismoving so fast and as a results, we will see the winners and loosers.

These arestrictly my views, and I could (even happy to) be wrong with them.

And also happyto discuss them with others.

PS: Pleasebe nice and polite to each other in the forum. No point for insultations, they donot lead to anywhere. And try to add constructive thoughts, discussions or criticisms.
