How pathetic. It means they want to disguise how badly the share has performed by consolidating. All things being equal, that normally leads to a SP falling. What is needed is some positive news instead of the mess that they have fallen into.
Perhaps the strategic review will lead to the company being sold but at what price?
Lets hope the Board is not tempted into buying more assets and raising more capital.
