It doesn't matter who makes the announcement you braindead fk. As long as the news circulates.
It's clear that the public wasn't fully aware of this news because it was done pre-IPO and there was obviously relatively little public interest because of that and less media attention.
It's a rare occurrence that simply came about through lack of public knowledge due to the company being private when it originally got the partnership.
It's pretty easy to figure out why it happened. It's fun to watch you meltdown over it though and somehow relate it to Zip IR haha.
