Not sure why you'd ask that question of me, when you have the gold standard source, namely the audited financial statements, at your disposal.
Wherein you would find (had you looked for it) management's own assessment of the carrying value of the patents, signed of by the company's auditors.
Deferring to MSB's management, I read a carrying value for license to patents being $2.072m ($3.407m at cost from which accumulated amortization of $1.335m has been netted off).
To be clear, that's two million and seventy two thousand dollars.
(Ironically, that's about what the CEO earns each year... but that's merely an asides.)
