Excellent post NKLEX and I have to agree with Wole64 that any investor would not be providing $50M to any junior if they didn't see some potential once due diligence was done. This may be a good example of where the smart money is going these days...effecient energy sources that facilitate a shift away from CO2 producing emissions. Is it also a coincidence that world economies are also starting to scramble for available LNG reserves where demand is meant to outstrip supply in years ahead?. I think the same is starting to unfold for uranium.

Capital is still not easy to come by after what has happened in world markets so saying it's a vote of confidence is an understatement. There is always potential for fledgling companies to be at the mercy of investment houses and often the terms are to the advantage of the latter so like many others on this thread I think the terms of this agreement reflect the great potential YA Global see in PEN.

Would not be surprised to see a steady run up to .055 this week.... and that's being conservative.
