IMHO, you may be worrying over nothing.
Because, why would all the Directors go an convert all those options, IF THEY WERE CONCERNED IN ANY WAY OR FORM ABOUT THE FLOW RATES??
At first, I din't like the flow rates either, but considering that there are many ways of incresing the same, and the Directors converting all those option, no I am not worried at all.
When the Directors go and spend money to enlarge their existing holdings, IMHO it is a very good sign to load up a few more for ourselves.
