Yeah, just thinking about this...
Those 1 Million shares, I believe, once VML has a re-rating in say, 12-18 months. Those 1 Million shares will be worth...$0.18=$180, 000. That's a huge mistake in my book.
I believe I'm being conservative on the future performance of this companies share price...we'll see.
