She said:

- The loan has been extended, they are just working out the timing details with the lender but he has extended as he done previously. Once the extension is firmed up, they will announce to market; and
- It is the Filipino company that needs to sign for the finance (given it's Mt Labo that is borrowing the funds) and they are just working through their side of things before the Filipinos can sign, but RTG is assisting them work through that. Will be announced to market when finalised.
