Mostly the folks here who carry on are just trying to come to terms with their own risk too.
When over 90% of the covid deaths come from an 60+ age group that makes up just around 21% of the Aus population we can understand much better what drives some of the comments on here.

I think it makes them feel better to raise the threat of long covid in the younger generation, but in truth that is also a tiny percent of cases.
