Nonsense, posted details China's sovereign initiatives, they've spent 3 years establishing global standards, as agreed by EU and existing ROW producer, still the only one at any commercial scale, who incidentally have a lot of detail their qualifications on their website, no doubt you haven't even looked.
Like everything else ARU, Gavin floats a raft of fantasy "gunna do's" and you lot simply take it all for granted, reality check ARU achieved exactly NOTHING real time, all smoke & mirrors.
