Another small query from the Nexbis acquisition: In June-Aug 2007, EMT paid $6m to Nexbis for 50% of the Malaysian Contract rights. Yet when the acquisition of 51% of Nexbis was made in late 2007, the Independent Adviser report contains simplified Nexbis accounts for "the period ending November 2007" (length of period was not specified). The report states that the accounts show Nexbis as a new business, with expenditure for the period of $25k and assets of approximately $6m (mostly software). So where did the $6m paid by EMT go to?
