Won't know till they announce details, including record date. Record date I think is usually T+4 days after the ex date. Hopefully they disclose the ex date as well as it can be confusing.
Basically, as long as you bought before the ex date you will have SPP entitlement.
The question for me is how much will they be raising through the SPP. They state $15G SPP with 900 shareholders (probably more given the trades near close Friday)...but if they left it unlimited, that would be around $14M! I do not think they can raise anywhere near this as they have not obtained approval. Which means, if everyone subscribed, there would be a significant cutback of shares.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong (re requiring approval) though I guess we will know soon enough.
