It is true that full (100%) transparency is not available due to the exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act, but I believe that despite this, the level of transparency is adequate to maintaining our stability. It is certainly sufficient to enable us to raise issues like those discussed here.
What exemptions do you think should be changed in the Freedom of Information Act to facilitate the level of transparency that you seek?
