The company needs extra cash for exploration. How else do people propose they get it? The dilution doesn't look excessive to me.

Option holders of tiny oil/gas explorers buy into one of the most high risk / high return gambles possible. Dilutions, recessions etc etc are just part of the risk. The terms are the terms are the terms.

Have the upmost respect for Gerry McGann from his Incremental MD days. He has less at stake in TEX, but I'm punting spare funds on this company based on his involvement alone.
