Sadly the board (sorry JP) has appointed CPS to handle the cap raise. They dumped both cap raises last time suppressing the SP for months. Also disappointing to see such a heavily discounted offer at 10c (-45% plus) and the free attached option which we really dont need any more of these.
This board have no idea how to protect, nuture and grow the SP.
Potential investors will baulk at investing in this company if they continually butcher the SP via heavily discounted CR's and continual free options. A successful company raises money upwards not downwards in SP. I would like to see the board (SS and AV) do more to market this company to investment community because after all they are paying themselves allot for non exec directors.
CPS has no market prescence; on research or marketing credenials yet they will be handed a bag of options and fat fees to dump into the market
