CCZ management strategic decision to take company forward.

Due diligence period for two Lithium project may finalise prior to 90 days period. However, if CCZ price doesn't move up would mean issuing over nearly 100 million CCZ shares to the vendors. So, another 100 million shares would in in the market.

CCZ shares seems to have stablised for now @ 3.4. I was expecting it to go much higher but interestingly, until dill rigs are deployed and CCZ knows for real the quality and quantity of pegmatities in both Litchfield and Picasso projects uncetainty would remain.

In My view, CCZ managements knows it. CCZ price movement may indicate another short and quick CR for additional funds before Xmas to go ahead with the drilling required for lithium projects.
