When shareprice moves and stocks get talked up, it attracts traders. Traders are in for the short-term. In the absence of further news, the traders are flushed out. This puts pressure on the shareprice. Whilst the news is good, there is still a relatively long time until drilling might commence. So nothing to drive the shareprice. An imbalance therefore of sellers against buyers and down she goes.
If you believe in the fundamentals these times already provide a good top up opportunity.
