The pensioner relative of mine who I advise is in a similar situation as you. He is into ANP on my advice (gulp!) but hopefully he will do OK. He is also into speculative mining shares (probably shouldn't be considering his age!). However Centrelink require him to advise them whenever his assets increase by more than $3000 which is sometimes daily, because of an incorrect cancellation of his pension when they counted his share portfolio twice in calculating his assets. The provision stated in your para 2 is denied him ............ in spite of protests lodged with Centrelink.

Like you he is waiting for ANP to jump from 22c to dollar values so he can forget about the pension forever. Like Sam and others have mentioned.

Enough of this topic........... detracting from this great thread........... its just that my mind goes to funny places sometimes due to my chemo.
