I think most posters have an objection to the capital raise before the FAA announcement.
The assumption is the FAA is going to rocket the share price and its imminent. If that's the case then SMN has handed a whole pile of free cash to the sophs/instos.
Timing is a bad look and smells like a typical micro cap looking after their mates cap raise.
