Yeah, what I've seen of this board: long period of quiet suggests large, meaningful announcements when they do come.
Personally, I think the quarterly will coincide with the announcement of the NASDAQ listing. I know the board said they are keeping their options open, but the Corporate Connection Report from Jun/Jul had a timeline showing the listing to occur in the third quarter...
Also think it will coincide with one or more offtake announcements.
