    I agreed - these management are rubbish.

    Just wasted alot of my funds stuck in zel with only 26% gain

    Whereas, my property trust - some have gained 50% and are paying 5% or more return.

    I just hope it entice another bid from someone to lift it to $4.50aud ( that a big ask from $3.78nz)
