I just received an email reply back from Beacon that I sent after hearing announcement. Here is the reply:

If you wish to convert your options to shares to receive the rights issue they must be converted by 5 pm WST on the 30 th September. You just need to fill in the form which you should of received with your holding statement for conversion of options ( if not contact Advanced Share Registry and they will organise one ) and then send a cheque for the amount of shares you are converting at 1 cent with the filled in form to Advanced Share Registry before the deadline date
