Here it is in plain english for the punters. Yandal Investments Pty Ltd, purchaser of 9,000,000 shares via a private placement completed at a (then) 25% premium to the market price of the shares.
Placement was completed circa 10 days after the first visible diamond core from the TOTK prospect was released containing a 90m thick intersection of strongly altered sulphide. Bear in mind this placement was completed roughly 3 months after ICL raised $20m in a fully underwritten IPO so the Company was by no means in need of cash.
