Chalice could take out VMS with a simple issuing of 23mill shares to holders. That’s at 10c a share. I think most would take it. I can’t see any other way to get back to that price. We would then be run by proactive management. At least they work 5 days a week at CHN!
The VMS CEO has had 12 years to get Mt Lindsay going and absolutely no headway has been made in that time.
We need a change urgently.
