The reason is to provide a technical update which couldn't be completed in the trading halt period.
Don't think this will be a "just give them the barest of information " announcement. It will be more than we have started the 3rd Platform lot with IMEC and expect results in "x time" The good Dr will likely be looking at providing some positive news to provide back up to their plans of commercialisation.
At the very least they will want an announcement that enhances the optimism of shareholders and would be suitors. They may also want to do a small cap raising sometime this year to shore up the balance sheet. The less dilution the better and feel 4DS would consider the current price way undervalued
Guess we will have to wait and see, but am somewhat optimistic of what is to come.
