It would be interesting if some of the World most wealthy formed social benevolent groups, non-profit to transition the World into a cleaner energy furture e.g:
Transform large chunks of currently non-arable land into green expanses World clean energy developments
The technology is surely there? these wealthy individuals collectively have the capacity to speed up the transition & put actions into place that would eclipse much of what individual countries can achieve!
Ultimately they would benefit most as the World may become a healthier place for their families generations into the future - but, can they put human emotion/greed aside & work together collectively across the globe?
Meanwhile carbon based energy stocks may be in the box seat waiting for economies to get their act together!?
