bd, sskim, raks,
The following is purely for academic purposes only and is no way connected to CVI ... huh huh. In a way, if many of us had not done an internee-ship with CVI we would have thought that a company producing 50,000 tonnes of coal a month *initially* was a fantastic opportunity, however, these days we are all older and wiser.
An initial investigation of the relationship does show cause for concern. Apart from having the usual suspects on board I had a look for Creative Line Holdings Ltd. I found it over in NZ and it was incorporated 16 Jan 09. It has one shareholder and one director being the same person that being Aporomihi TIANANGA. There are 100 shares.
Then went down to South Africa and had a look at it's subsidiary Custobiz Pty Ltd. This company was incorporated 1 Sep 2009 and its registered address is the same as Shelf Company Warehouse.
So there is the DD on Creative Line Holdings. This is the NZ company with one member who's subsidiary Custobiz Pty Ltd, just 3 weeks old, is about to start an operation producing 50,000 tonnes of coal a month. To put that into perspective there is a coal mine in the Sydney Basin that produces 400,000 tonnes of coal a month and has been in operation for many many years. It has rail lines, a crusher, machinery, endless conveyors and about 200 employees. It's run by a company called BHP.
