I believe that someone has been reducing their holdings and was spread across the price points from $0.055 to $0.06 when looking at this mornings depth.

take out those three lines and you are left with very little until price moves higher and volume becomes available.

I think we may churn around these levels until further information is released, however it's undeniable there is still significant value. There hasn't been ay value assigned to the manganese assets which could be worth quite a bit on its own.
