Ann: Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations, page-99

Hi PA,

I think its obvious shareholders want a voice and will be happy to vote as a group for change of some sort. We only have until this Friday 15th to make director nominations. Is it possible that some of the large retail holders here might know each other (or quickly get to know each other) and could have a discussion offline ASAP as to the preferred course in terms of nominations and voting. I dont know exactly who holds what but it seems like @Voytek, @boffa and yourself hold decent parcels and could be the nucleus of a push.

Maybe a email address could be provided here and a request that all holders above say 3 mil shares (?) make contact and then you could all join up and chat on that email chain or create a zoom?
