Melrose has (apparently) exited the management of the company and profited from the sale of some of his shares along the way - a cynic may take the view that in doing so, he at least learned that lesson from the Chemeq debacle.
On the other hand, management seems to have learned little about how to manage compliance obligations, or, disclosure issues.
