Aboslutely jchami. If every variable is regarded as a moving part with wide range, valuation outputs become somewhat useless.
Taking price at LiC at $26k for the current JORC mine life with production at 12ktpa (fully ramped up at year 5), price is $1.25. As said, that includes:
- capex for the new plant at $140m partially funded with 2ktpa plant cash flows and the options at 0.25 cents announced with the CR.
- Remaining capital requirement funded with senior loan at 5%, 15 yr tenor.
- 3 months worth of working capital (inc inventories)
- Overheads at 3% and lifecycle at 1.5% of revs.
Imo a really good outcome for a project with a patented chemical production process that has already been tested at scale (not just in a lab).
