Its an easy share to manipulate if someone wants to keep the price down, although I'm not speculating that's the case...just yet. More likely an excess of impatient sellers than buyers. Thats ok, its hardly a day traders delight, IMHO HIO is either going to get taken out or have a seismic shift upwards not long after the drilling results are in if it continues to languish around these prices. The fuse is surely lit?
