Let’s pretend that we somehow manage to get $1500 usd pt next year, for an average price of spot and contractual, when Ngungaju hits full rate. Is this possible? I think so. 580000 tons at $1500 is $870,000,000 usd in revenue. Then subtracting costs of say $440 (high but I wouldn’t count it out). Then we come to a profit of $614,000,000 usd. We’ll keep it in usd and pretend taxes turns that into aud. So $614,000,000 aud in profits. Then we times that by a PE of 20 based on hype and Fomo etc. and we get a market cap of over $12 billion which equates to a share price of $4 plus. We also have to remember that the market is forward looking so in this scenario we hit $4 sometime in the first half of next year. This could very possibly play out. I’m excited.
Now I understand some people may see this post as upramping. I don’t. We’ve been pleasantly surprised about the events of the last 12mths, why can’t we continue to be pleasantly surprised going forward?
