Well the past is the past, we have witnessed so many positive changes in the last 12 months and there are so many exciting things to happen in the next 12 months.

Now the risk is diminished , in reality the company has not really gone down in value much... we have the funds to move a head, Paul doesnt want little shareholders umming and aaahing on every little thing, so doing the CR to Sophisticated investors is fantastic , we now can move ahead and produce the products that Paul is pushing,
If you invest in a mining company a lot of money is expended before a cent is ever made...
The $$$ will be coming in increasing amounts.
