No wonder the change in tune about the ‘annuity stream’ mention in recent updates. I expect Thornley and Javelin will have representation on the board shortly. All acquisitions not made through cash will be off the table (IMO)…
Good news to, like I said, this may end up a story quiet like HZN. Fast deleveraging and them significant near term returns. Or acquisitions using cash not more debt. I think Thornley entering can only be a good thing, same as Javelin. Interesting next 3-6M I think, I smell change in the winds.
