I think housing will collapse.

House prices are not sustainable at these levels.

My next door neighbour just put his house on the market.

I asked him the price and he said $1.5 million.

I thought he was joking,he wasn't, he listed it at $1.4

In my wildest guess I would have thought maybe $750k

The house across the road has been on the market for over 12 months at $1.1 million and is much,much bigger and far nicer.

I am renting a house that is nicer than both of them for $600 a week.

The numbers don't add up.
