I met a guy that was a surveyor and was renting a bedsit in portheadland for $700 a week. An a 4 beder was renting for $2200 a week.
I have a girlfriend that owns a place in Galston that they bought in early 2004 for about 1.4million and have it on the market for 2.4 million now ( dropped the price 200k)
the market signals are all over the place and it is hard to work out trends!
