The last bullet point is the bit that I like the best.
Additionally, HSC will provide the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the HSC solutions for 71 assisted living apartments and 84 residential aged care apartments. No fixed term agreement has been concluded for this aspect.It is anticipated that these further monitoring and maintenance services will generate recurring quarterly revenue of between $35,000 - $45,000.
I'm invested in HSC for the recurring revenue streams that they're building. this is another positive step.
