This gives us clear air now with no issuance related selling in the market until Feb 2022 at the earliest.
Have you noticed how Shareman has disappeared......his services are only required when LDA wish to keep the SP depressed whilst they take on shares in their own name via a BRN drawdown under the agreement(ie they don't always sell down what is issued to them).
My guess is that LDA remain long BRN shares and we will now see good news lead to upward price movements into year end starting with an update on the CEO appointment in the quarterly due soon(Tony has been quite public in all his email responses telling us the CEO news is nigh).
Any positive customer news will see an explosive response from the SP given the recent dip!
