It is my understanding from the company that (with the exception of their last allotment of shares) YA Global no longer have any ady shares. After speaking to JA a few weeks back he made it very clear they want to be rid of YA once and for all. Hence, ady not issuing more shares prior to the agm in november. Global must be confident that ady is going to get financing or why would they be happy to wait for payment??? To answer your question buddy, ptrevious mismanagement landed ady in the lap of global and JA is doing his best to get rid of the cancer once and for all.
