One of my jobs is to get kids off bebefits and into work And the current system gives NO again NO incentive to do it. We need a civil service like 18mths in the ar,y or 18 mths working for the community..This sysem IS /HAS created generations of people who DONT WANT TO WORK and just bludge..There are those who genuinly need it but MANY DONT...I see the system and its affects from the inside and IT DONT WORK!!! ITS TOO EASY!!
