Hi Kaya Yes you would get a lot of dissapointments in your type of work But there would be times when you have some successes and the joy from those persons would make it all worthwhile. I found that ,when employing various persons on the dole before I found the one who suited me. At that time the dole office was useless they would not try and send me someone they thought would suit. I think that this has changed a lot . I am going back a few years Cheers Towie
