No, so you will get options in the amount of 10% of the number of shares you hold.
so if you have 1000 shares they will give you (for free) 100 options (will be in you Atomic account).
Then if you want to, you pay 4.5c per share to the company and they will give you 100 shares in AGE and then those options don't exist anymore.
So you are essentially getting AGE shares for 4.5c.
