Portugal had excellent results from decriminalising all drugs.
After a while they had the wheels wobble in some areas, I can't remember what atm - I will look it up later again.
It's certainly clear that having a war on drugs at supplier level and worse - at consumer level - does more harm than good.
Personally - I think we make life as good as we can for people.
But, that said - people will go out of their way to stuff up anything
