I think it's close to appropriately valued at the moment.
As I said, prior to the div payment, I though this would settle in the low 20's, if anything I think it's very slightly over-priced.
I can understand punters wanting to take a risk on their capital noting the pay-out policy.
From a macro perspective, I believe the price of I/O will cotinue to decline for the foreseeable future. I've clearly articulated why I believe this to be the case in posts prior, so won't spell that out again.
