its going to take a large investor to come on board(dilution) or they will need finance(debt).
there are numerous gold explorers-producers with comparable resources and proven reserves that are cash flow positive with similar market caps.
rau has a couple of projects,one in a politically risky country with no proven reserves,no license to mine yet and a front end thats smoothed out a couple of roads for the locals.
this is an opportunity for the underwriter of the recent issue to cash in. rau will obviously want to maintain it as long as possible to get the gullible believers to convert options early and keep the coffers ticking over because with 2.5mil cash on hand and feasibility studies and ongoing drilling to pay for 2.5mil wont last long.

no doubt i'll get a flurry of replies to the opposite but the recent postings since the price has been spiking is the same as 2yrs ago and i'm sure some of those people are still wanting to recoup some losses.
