HI
I think you may be right.
GPR - are these the cards that governments / ngo use to put fund to give out to people on welfare - is this correct? Can people provide other uses?
G& I - these are the gift cards that we see in retail stores - is this correct?
Vans - I am not sure about this one - are they virtual accounts for gamers and gamblers - is this correct? Can people provide other Vans uses?
Now EML has provided a forecast for 2022 revenue
This is only $25.8m (220m) more from its FY21 $194.2m revenue but will be hard for EML to achieve
Now - I need your help
Forecasting:
Vans - what % of increase do you think EML can achieve from FY21 10.3m (i.e. 10% - 70%)
G&I - what % of incresase do you think EML can achieve from FY21 70.2m (i.e. 10% - 70%)
GPR - what % of increase do you think EML can achiieve from FY21 113.5m (i.e. 10% - 70%)
You need to be realistic with your projections.
To make it easy to estimate - I assume PFS cannot generate revenue of 78.3m but only 50% - I kept PFS revenue for GPR at $39.15m (worst case)
Now - i need your help to provide a realistic revenue for EML in GPR.
Also, i need realistic estimate growth for G&I and Vans - to get to EML projections for 2022 $220m.
Its really hard to estimate what CBI mean by restrictive growth - but if you do this exercise - you can see the negative impact of CBI on EML revenue.
If eml can maintain its PFS revenue as close to 78.3m - it will be easier for other area to cover the loss. But if eml lose 50% growth (I assume worst case) for PFS - it will put alot of pressure on the other 2 areas to substantially increase revenue to cover for PFS.
Now i know why he purchased the business - it generate alot of revenue for eml. If EML lose the PFS business as assume in the initial drop - sp drop to $2.50 was warranted. EML still has the business - but its restricted in its growth. - that the uncertainty. I will be happy if PFS can still generate 78.3m and the other areas can increase its growth. But i think CBI will restrict PFS growth - which means it wont be able to generate 78.3m
