The approval of Resolution 4 will provide the Company with flexibility to issue Equity Securities
under the 10% Placement Facility during the 10% Placement Period, in addition to the
Company’s 15% annual placement capacity granted under ASX Listing Rule 7.1, without a
further requirement to obtain the prior approval of Shareholders.
