Many in the company would have had a say in this acquisition, and you can’t imagine that anyone that has performance rights and shares from previous acquisitions would be overly happy with the situation.
that is of course, unless everyone has been consulted and everyone is perfectly fine with the fact that later on they will be in a much better position with kaddy including share dilution than without.
there would have been a discussion and this acquisition would have been the agreed best scenario.
